My Duty Collect - UI/UX Design for a SaaS Customs and Tax Compliance Platform

Website description: Automated VAT & Customs Classification, calculation & payment solutions for Cross-Border Postal & Logistics Industries.

As the lead UI/UX designer for My Duty Collect, a SaaS platform focused on simplifying customs and tax compliance for global e-commerce businesses, I developed an intuitive and scalable interface to help users manage complex compliance tasks with ease. The platform's core features include real-time tax calculation, customs classification, and payment solutions for cross-border transactions, ensuring businesses of all sizes stay compliant.

I designed a user-friendly interface that caters to a wide range of users, from small e-commerce merchants to large marketplaces, facilitating tasks such as IOSS (Import-One-Stop-Shop), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) processing. The responsive design ensures that the platform is accessible across all devices, allowing businesses to manage compliance on the go and avoid delays or penalties due to improper customs handling.

A HS Code calculator is a tool that helps the user find the correct Harmonized System (HS) code for a product. This code is used internationally to classify goods for customs and trade purposes. With the HS code calculator, the user can input details about their product, such as its description or characteristics, and it will provide them with the corresponding HS code. This helps ensure that their products are accurately categorized for import/export procedures and regulatory compliance.

Purchase Credits: With the Pay-per-call pricing model, users can easily buy credits to access to MDC services. On the API Call Tracker in the side menu the user can monitor credit usage. For more detailed information, the purchased package includes a dedicated section. Here, users can track remaining credits, view usage details, access plan specifics, and review call history.

Sign in to get started! The user needs to enter their full name, email address, and create a password to secure the account. Afterward, the user should check their email inbox for a confirmation message to verify the email address. Once confirmed, the user is all set to access their account.
