My Duty Collect - UI/UX Design for a SaaS Customs and Tax Compliance Platform
Ui/Ux Design
As the lead UI/UX designer for My Duty Collect, a SaaS platform focused on simplifying customs and tax compliance for global e-commerce businesses, I developed an intuitive and scalable interface to help users manage complex compliance tasks with ease. The platform's core features include real-time tax calculation, customs classification, and payment solutions for cross-border transactions, ensuring businesses of all sizes stay compliant.
I designed a user-friendly interface that caters to a wide range of users, from small e-commerce merchants to large marketplaces, facilitating tasks such as IOSS (Import-One-Stop-Shop), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) processing. The responsive design ensures that the platform is accessible across all devices, allowing businesses to manage compliance on the go and avoid delays or penalties due to improper customs handling.

Post-DDU Shipment: Email & Checkout Design
Context:
After the creation of a DDU shipment, users receive a detailed email that includes a breakdown of the products they’ve purchased and the total taxes due. I designed the user-friendly emails and the checkout page to ensure clear communication and a seamless experience during the final stages of the purchase process.
